Every month of the year there are many different things to celebrate. During this group time, for preschoolers, we will be acknowledging various monthly things that are recognized- such as Honey Month, Kite Month, Soup Day, etc. Enjoy books, songs, sensory experiences, and art related to these celebrations. Carol Carver of Self Help Inc.'s Coordinated Family and Community Engagement will be leading this program for 3-6 year olds and their caregivers. Space is limited. Contact the library to register.
Interested in snap circuits? Want to learn to knit? Stop by this drop in program for the chance to try your hand at these and other projects in our pop up makerspace. A variety of materials and tools will be available each time. Best for kids age 7 and up.
There will be 45 minutes of stories and songs. A simple craft will be created related to one of the stories. Each family will leave with a packet of information including how to best enjoy the summer sky.

Everyone's favorite big, red dog will be visiting the library for a storytime and photo op! Clifford will help build houses for the Three Little Pigs before taking photos. The U.Fund Start U. Marsha Wright brings Art Adventures to the library for kids 4 and up. Self Help Inc.’s Marsha Wright explores a different artist at each class where kids will create an artwork in that style.
