"Spring Forward" Workshop with Lifestyle guru Richard Bois

Lifestyle guru Richard Bois is offering Spring Forward on Sunday, March 19 at The Alley Theatre. Designed for women, this workshop focuses on the importance of reigniting confidence and tapping into joy.
 
Though soul centering exercises (such as creating vision and dream boards and positive affirmation collages) women will validate their wish list and compose a mantra. Women are invite to unearth their inner super hero in a relaxing, fun, judgement-free zone.
 
Tutorials on style, hair, skin, nails, and fashion will be followed by a question and answer session about self-discovery. This empowering workshop will encourage women to carve out time for selfish sparkle, fostering friendships and make unforgettable impressions in social situations. Motivational speaker and author Lorna Brunelle will lead the group in a renewal “check in.”
 
With over two decades of experience in the field, Richard is a graduate of Empire Cosmetology Academy in Boston and was a makeup artist at Mac cosmetics. A model and actor with Model Club Inc. in Boston, Richard has appeared in regional commercials and national advertising campaigns. He had been a guest artist at Boston Casting Inc. for the past two years offering style and fashion advice. He worked for WKRON TV (Channel 4) on the shows Hyper-Tech and First Cut as a makeup artist in San Francisco. While in San Francisco, Richard was the makeup artist and hair stylist on independent films for Ragamuff Productions.
Richard has been the costume stylist, hair and makeup specialist and actor for over 40 theatrical productions.  He has been a personal stylist for girls competing in the Miss America and Miss USA pageant systems and has been the in house personal stylist and costume designer for The Burt Wood School of Performing Arts since 2008. Richard is a freelance stylist for weddings, special occasions and professionals from every walk of life.
Spring Forward begins at 9:00 a.m. on March 19 and ends at 1:00p.m. The workshop will be held at The Alley Theatre located at 133 Center Street in Middleboro. Seating is limited.
